The reception staff offered helpful tips for navigating the city. They also assisted with carrying luggage, which I appreciated. The room was indeed quiet. It also had a small balcony.
I had to climb several flights of stairs each time I went to my room. The building felt old, and the stairs were worn. the room was small.

the room had very nice big windows, and the sun shone through most of the day! our bed was big and comfortable, and the room received daily cleaning! a welcome letter awaited us, and each day we found a large bottle of filtered water. restaurant recommendations from staff were great.
the wi-fi connection was a little patchy!

The location was great. The hotel is close to everything. the staff was helpful arranging transportation. my room had a nice view of the river, it was calming to watch the water.
